Josh Headlee // CEO

As CEO and lead software designer for Accelerated Innovations, Josh brings thirteen years’ experience in architecting and implementing software applications including building an online medical record system for the University of Minnesota Veterinary teaching hospital and serving as a consulting software engineer for the St. Paul, Minnesota-based Shavlik Technologies.

At Shavlik, a market leader in the simplification of complex enterprise network configuration, compliance and security systems, Josh worked on several projects for fortune 500 companies, including responsibility for user interface design and implementation for Microsoft’s Baseline Security Analyzer, an easy-to-use tool designed for IT professionals in small and medium-sized businesses to help determine their security state in accordance with Microsoft security recommendations.

In 2002, Josh created High Output Software, a company that focused on project-based software consulting for clients that included Agstar, Otto Bock Healthcare, Hunt Technologies and several Minnesota electrical cooperatives. After six successful years of operating and growing High Output Software, Josh formed strategic business partnerships to create Accelerated Innovations.

Josh has led Accelerated Innovations in establishing consulting relationships with the metering company Landis+Gyr and several utilities. In addition, Josh’s leadership ability has played a critical role in the development and advancement of Accelerated Innovations’ MYMETER™ and FANCONNET™ products.

Richard Jasperson // CFO

Rick is a St. Paul attorney practicing in the areas of personal injury, workers compensation and subrogation since 1979. In addition to his duties as chief financial officer of Accelerated Innovations, Rick is president of Virtual Health Management; a partner in a concession foods and equipment company; and owner of CalcRite Products, Inc., a 10-year-old software company that develops and provides software products to lawyers and insurance companies dealing with calculation for no-fault benefits, workers compensation benefits and general litigation subrogation and interest areas.

Scott Revenig // Business Development Manager

Scott is an experienced Sales Professional with strengths and skills in client relationship management, marketing, process management and training. He has a proven track record in programs that exceed quotas and result in profit gains; over ten years experience working for IT consulting companies that focus in branding and identity, contract negotiations, national agreements, recruiting, vendor management and software sales. Scott has a Bachelors of Elective Studies, Mass Communications and Human Relations from St. Cloud State University.

Scott Ronay // Director of Strategy and Business Development

A leading marketing and business development manager, Scott has 20 years experience leveraging proven and emerging technologies to achieve cross-channel branding and marketing objectives in multiple industries.

Scott’s career began at Dun & Bradstreet where he led a strategic effort to build a Web presence that would ultimately drive multiple business functions (customer acquisition, customer service, data operations) through this channel. With a deep technical background and a keen sense for innovation, Scott helped found a D&B technology consulting practice dedicated to building and delivering complex solutions to key global customers.

In 2000, armed with a profound understanding of how technology and innovation can drive marketing and business objectives, Scott was given global profit and loss responsibility for a number of D&B’s most vital accounts, including 3M, Best Buy, Medtronic, General Mills, Cisco Systems, Cargill and Target.

Later in his career, Scott recognized a significant shift in how mobile and digital technology was evolving in the areas of marketing and branding, and in 2007, joined Wireless Ronin Technologies where he was committed to helping clients understand and leverage digital media, mobile technologies and customer information and their potential as location-based (store, venue, public space) technologies.

At Accelerated Innovations Scott is focused primarily on the FanConNet product, where he can combine his passion for emerging technologies, extensive experience in marketing and branding, and his love of sports, music and live entertainment to drive business value for his clients.

Scott is a graduate of The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Jacob Wodele // Director of Operations

Jake is an IT Professional with over 10 years of software development, project and operations management experience involving a variety of healthcare, commercial, education, and government accounts in the Survey Services division of Scantron Corporation. He also served as a Data Analyst in the Department of Biostatistics at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Jake has a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with a Concentration in Statistics from Saint Olaf College.

Lindsay is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing Education focusing on sales and marketing. She has over 2 years of experience in business management with a reputable pediatric clinic serving 200+ clients.

Paul Bramstedt // Senior Project Manager of Software Development

Paul is a Certified Scrum Master and PMI member who has 20 years of experience as an Information Technology professional and 15 years of experience as a project manager leading diverse, multi-tier, cross platform development and integration teams. In the community, He is a member of the Scrum Alliance, Project Management Institute and Agile Project Management Group. He also donates time to organizational mentoring in project management.

Michael Katzung // Senior Software Engineer

Mike has more than 20 years experience of developing applications for small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. His extensive experience includes work on several AI product development projects and others to support most business functions; including manufacturing/operations, marketing, information technology, finance, staffing, and corporate offices of general counsel. Mike has a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Minnesota, Institute of Technology.

Aaron Shively // Senior Business Analyst

Aaron, a graduate of the Brown Institute with a certificate in computer programming, is the AI team leader for the development of a state-of-the-art Web-based solution for managing timber sales and timber auctions. Aaron has also been working in the Smart Grid space for over four years providing custom software solutions for Landis+Gyr.

Roger Siljander // Senior Software Architect

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science in both Mathematics and Physics, Roger has been a software consultant and developer for two decades. Roger has developed software for manufacturing resource planning and for the collection and analysis of color and photometric data. In addition to his leadership in the development of AI products, Roger has led development teams through enterprise projects for finance and economics, human resources and retail for Fortune 500 companies.
